Friendly, sustainable food sources

We realize it’s so hard to know what you are truly putting in your body. Ingredient lists are intentionally complex. Restaurants are secretive. It’s frustrating and nearly impossible to know what you are actually eating, and even harder to avoid ingesting potential allergens, carcinogens, and pesticides.
 
We value your ability to trust in our ingredients above all, so we source our ingredients from organic, local farms. No pesticides, hormones, or GMOs. No processed oils or vegetables, high fructose corn syrup, or nitrates. Only farm-fresh ingredients that make every one of our recipes taste amazing. Not only that, but we are proud to support our local farmers and economy.
 
To make this happen, we use only naturally derived cooking oils. We make our own condiments and sauces. You’ll be amazed and the difference in how your food tastes, and how good you’ll feel.
 

  • Vegetables and fruits sourced from the Minneapolis farmer’s market, made up of farmers from in and around the midwest. Only 100% organic and pesticide-free sourcing was used.
  • Chicken sourced from Minneapolis-based Tyson Chicken, selected from their brand new free range, hormone-free chickens. They are humanely processed and no nitrites are added.
  • Pork sourced from Tollefson farm, based in Mayer, MN. All pork is natural and free-range, vegetarian-fed, and nitrate-free and hormone.
  • Beef sourced from Tollefson farm, based in Mayer, MN. All beef is natural and free-range, grass-fed, and humanely processed without nitrates or hormones.
